Marc Thomas | The Science of Success



Marc Thomas is a chief petty officer in the New Zealand Navy with a long resume of sporting achievements that cover a diverse range of abilities making him one of the fittest humans on Earth. Marc started his fitness endeavours within bodybuilding and soon reached success on the world stage placing third in the junior Mr Olympia. He is the holder of the Navy beep test record since 2011, competed at the CrossFit Regionals as an individual athlete in 2013 and topped his advance training instructor course. In 2018 he won the Australasian Arnold Classic Strongman competition, earning him a spot to compete at the Worlds Strongest Man competition all whilst working full time in the Navy running his own CrossFit gym and raising his newborn daughter with his wife Natasha.
